Opportunity

Project Summary

Newman Center Presents was a repeat client for an agency I worked with at the time allowing me the opportunity to collaboratively design and produce several years worth of collateral materials throughout various advertising campaigns. During these campaigns we would produce a number of different designs under the umbrella including brochures, marketing collateral, web banner ads and motion gifs, promotional event posters and membership advertising assets. The family of cohesively designed materials were used for promotional efforts, raising awareness and increasing membership and driving sponsorship and attendance.

Approach

Annually we would establish a base design for the yearly artist event lineup and schedule that would be produced in a catalog and distributed to membership. The promotional catalog also recruited sponsors and donation levels for the organization. We worked as a team to create this initial yearly concept and then extend the design into the other marketing components so the theme related the family of advertising collateral from environmental displays to digital ads.

Solution

We partnered each year to produce a strategically designed campaign that extended across platforms and various mediums to boost membership, attendance and donor contributions and grow the organization. The harmoniously designed family suite of marketing and digital collateral were used on various channels during seasonal event rotations.

Impact

Each year we generated eye-catching designs to help promote and grow the Newman Center Presents organization by boosting membership and engaging sponsorship and attendance. The cross platform advertising campaign initiatives reached a wider audience and generated more ROI as a whole.
